RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Window We want you to love your order! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- With all original tags attached
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance and final sale items
- Swimwear without original tags attached
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at honeygritco@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by Honey Grit Co. We will provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose from:
- A full refund to your original payment method (please allow 5-7 business days)
- An exchange for a different size or item
- Store credit to use on a future purchase
